Synergy - Avondale opened its doors in 2000 and has maintained its vision of incorporating Pilates evolved principles in the rehabilitation of our patients and in achieving the fi tness goals of our clients.
We provide a caring, nurturing environment promoting dignity, self-respect, and self-reliance. We continually expand our knowledge base to enhance our programs and services.
At Synergy, we believe in a holistic approach to move-ment and health. Synergy Studio is staffed by knowledgeable health care professionals and certified pilates practitioners.
