Pilates Sessions & Rates
We offer the following Pilates Sessions:
Private Pilates
- Solo Pilates Session $70 (1-on-1 Student teacher training)
A One-0n-One lessons is the most effective way for you to learn the basic techniques, perfect your form and rehab an injury. You’ll receive the motivation and full attention of your instructor in a private session. Best of all, your Pilates program will be tailored to address your fitness level, goals, and any limitations or injury that you might have. ____________________________________________________________
- Pilates Duets $43 (2 students with one instructor)
Duets are ideal for individuals who have broader, less specific goals and want a great full body workout. Sharing a Pilates session with someone can be a great way to spend quality time with a friend or family member. Ask your teacher if you are ready for semi-private instruction.

- Pilates TRIOS $35 (3 students with one instructor)
Trios are small classes of three people, which provide participants with a total body workout. In trios, we provide modifications for those who need a greater challenge or need a little assistance. The best trio candidates are those clients that are at smiler levels and have been doing Pilates for at least six months in duets or privates. Before joining a trio you need to be evaluated and receive the instructors permission.

Reformer Classes
- Challenge Reformer - 55 minutes $30
For experienced pilates students, a class challenge your body and mind while deepening your understanding of this amazing work. Recent pilates experience and general good health are prerequisites for participation.

- Precision Reformer - 55 minutes $30
Intermediate Level Reformer for those beyond basic level working knowledge of the pilates principles, repertoire, and the reformer. Instructor approval to attend.____________________________________________________________
- Flow Reformer - 55 minutes $30
Basic Level Reformer for those with little to no experience on the reformer.

for all levels emphasizing movement and pilates principles as applied to men.

Mat Classes
- Pilates Mat - 55 minutes $15 A Mat and small apparatus class working from the
foundation of pilates principles. This class incorporates core strength, flexibility, and balance throughout all components. - ____________________________________________________________
- Pilates Principles - 55 minutes $15
For those with little or no knowledge of pilates and want to learn how to move safer and better. Basic level mat/reformer combo class with emphasis on instruction of pilates principles and how it applies to movement.
- Stretch, Strengthen, and Control - 55 minutes $15
The repertoire and principles of Joesph Pilates original work taught by a physical therapist. Special attention to safety and efficiency of movement is taught while building stronger bones and muscles, improving balance, and improving flexibility.

- Ball Class - 55 minutes $15
For all levels. Utilizes stability, small ball, medicine ball as well as various other forms of small apparatus. Emphasizes core strength and balance.

- Weekend Workout - 55 minutes $15 Kick start your weekend with pilates on the
reformer, the ball, the BOSU, or any other apparatus the instructor is inspired to use! ____________________________________________________________
- San Marco Mat Class $20 -
Pilates mat class for all levels taught at our San Marco location. Maximum 4 participants.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
