Cardio Equipment

Now seems to be an excellent time to remind you that Synergy Studio has a cardio room available for you to use before or after your class here.

The idea behind this new service is to remove the time and convenience issues that can get in the way of a regular cardio program.

All of the pieces of equipment have been chosen for ease of use and quality.  We will be happy to help you get comfortable with using the equipment by taking you through the programs.

You may sign up ahead of time in the appointment book or drop in to use the equipment. Clients that are currently attending classes or taking private sessions are welcomed to used the equipment free of charge.   Others are welcomed to use it for $15 per month for unlimited use. We encourage you to come in even when you don’t have a class booked.
